We understand how important it is for you to get the right fit. We have a size guide on every product page as well as here. However, if the garment still doesn't fit you, you can place an exchange request.

Kindly note we do not offer returns or refunds - we only offer size exchange of the same garment.

To initiate an exchange:

1. You must place the exchange request within 7 days of receipt of the order.

2. You may WhatsApp us at +91-8433931569 or email contact@matsze.com with your order number.

3. We charge an exchange fee of Rs. 150. This is payable by UPI before we can arrange a return pick up.

4. We can arrange a return pick up for most pincodes within India. If a return pick up cannot be arranged by us, the exchange fee will not be charged and you may self-ship the products to us at your cost.

5. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging. You must return any accessories (belts, laces, tie, etc.) accompanying the items.

6. After we receive your returned items, we will ship the desired size within 3 working days.

7. We do not offer exchange on international orders.

Matsze Card Game and Matsze Gift Card are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
