Incorrect Item Delivered:

All orders placed with us go through a strict quality check before shipping. In the rare event you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please let us know within 2 days of receipt of the order. We will replace the item or process a refund in the form of a credit note depending on your choice. Returns:

We want you to love our products as much as we do. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can place a return request. Kindly note the following:

  1. You must place the return request within 7 days of receipt of the order. Return requests placed after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.
  2. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging. You must return any accessories (belts, laces, tie, etc.) accompanying the items.
  3. After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 3 working days.
  4. You will receive a full refund in the form of a credit note which is valid for one year from the date of issue.
  5. For international orders, shipping charges are non-refundable.
  6. Gift cards are non-refundable.   

How to Return:

  1. You may email contact@matsze.com from your registered e-mail address or WhatsApp us at +91-8433931569 with your order number to place the return request within 7 days of receipt of the order.
  2. We can arrange reverse-pick up from most pincodes within India. If reverse pick-up is arranged by us, Rs. 100 per returned item will be deducted from your refund.
  3. You can choose to self-ship the products at your own cost. Please use a reliable courier service with tracking to return the products.
