Return & Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. You can exchange any garment for a different size or a different style of equal or higher value—any price difference is payable online. Please note that each garment is eligible for exchange only once.

Kindly note we do not offer returns or refunds. 

To raise an exchange request, WhatsApp us on +91-8433931569 or email contact@matsze.com with your order number within 7 days of receipt of the order.  

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging.  You must return any accessories (belts, laces, tie, etc.) accompanying the items. 

We offer a convenient return pick-up service for Rs. 145 per item. In remote areas where a return pick-up service is not available, you can self-ship the products to us with any reliable courier with tracking. 

We do not offer any returns or exchanges on international orders. 

Matsze Gift Card and Matsze Card Game are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
