Return Policy
Incorrect Item Delivered:
All orders placed with us go through a strict quality check before shipping. In the rare event you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please let us know within 2 days of receipt of the order. We will replace the item or process a refund in the form of a credit note depending on your choice. Returns:
We want you to love our products as much as we do. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can place a return request. Kindly note the following:
- You must place the return request within 7 days of receipt of the order. Return requests placed after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging. You must return any accessories (belts, laces, tie, etc.) accompanying the items.
- After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 3 working days.
- You will receive a full refund in the form of a credit note which is valid for one year from the date of issue.
- For international orders, shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Return:
- You may email contact@matsze.com from your registered e-mail address or WhatsApp us at +91-8433931569 with your order number to place the return request within 7 days of receipt of the order.
- We can arrange reverse-pick up from most pincodes within India. If reverse pick-up is arranged by us, Rs. 100 per returned item will be deducted from your refund.
- You can choose to self-ship the products at your own cost. Please use a reliable courier service with tracking to return the products.
